Scott Dubois

I have been gardening in Austin for more than six years and am the former owner of Urban Homestead, an edible and native plant landscaping company. I'm a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, and a certified Permaculture designer. My gardening classes focus on cultivating ecoliteracy, good nutrition, patience, and persistence.

I love Primavera because of the freedom it gives teachers to integrate a variety of teaching methods to suit the needs of each child, and because of the importance it places on children understanding their place in the universe.
