NewsThe MergerWe are thrilled to be announcing the merger between the Khabele School and Primavera Montessori School. Both schools began discussing this possibility over a year ago and we knew that it would be a monumental change for our communities. We saw innate opportunity and got a sense that the merger would be a natural manifestation of both schools' missions. The similarities between Khabele and Primavera are numerous and uncanny. Both schools' core values are closely aligned. We both emphasize healthy relationships, emotional intelligence, and community as the foundation for effective education. We both value and provide continual parent education. And we believe that children have the capacity to take responsibility for their learning in an atmosphere characterized by respect and freedom. Primavera and Khabele are now one school. We are working together to create a viable, unified, and influential organization that educates children from 18 months through 18 years in an effective and loving way.
